Some CEO’s are guilty of focusing on overwhelming their schedule with mindless and tedious tasks. Is that you?
Today, we want to show you how to track and audit your tasks using Clickup. When you create projects and tasks on ClickUp, you can also track your time.
There’s a button inside the task space for you to click when you’re about to start the task and click when you’re finished with the task.
ClickUp will then show you how much time you spent on that particular task!
Your challenge for this week is to time your tasks and then do the following:
– Categorize your tasks under $1, $10, $100, $1,000 or $1M+ tasks
– Count up how much time it took you to complete the $1 – $100 tasks
– Count up how much time it took you to complete the $1M+ tasks
You can even automate all of this and create a time-tracking dashboard where ClickUp can do these calculations for you.
After review, if you’re not satisfied with the results, see what you can do to improve your task performance!
Whether it’s streamlining certain tasks, outsourcing to an expert or a team of experts, or minimizing tasks completely, make sure to focus on what works for you.
