Are you creating space to scale as a CEO?
One of the biggest mistakes business owners make is when their business is fully ready to embody their 6 and 7 figure systems, their team is ready to support .…. But they still act as a solopreneur.
Are you holding yourself back, holding your team back, because you don’t have the proper systems, operations or processes in place?
A solopreneur is still heavily involved in the day-to-day tasks.
A CEO trusts that their systems and team are fully capable to manage the daily operations.
A solopreneur is spending hours each day managing the biz.
A CEO spends hours each day in their zone of genius: creating, performing, innovating.
A solopreneur is always one step behind because their systems aren’t top-notch.
A CEO is always one step ahead because their systems support any unexpected changes.
Last year, during Black Friday (one of the biggest cash injection days for online businesses), I had a power outage at my house and multiple technical difficulties. I had no wifi and I couldn’t leave the house because… pandemic + pregnancy = bad idea.
But my team and my systems continued to provide red-carpet services to our clients. My first launch for my signature course still happened and we welcomed in beautiful students as well in that launch!
The backend of your business needs to be structurally sound… even if that’s just starting with an SOP bank.
Because although power outages don’t happen often, burnouts do. And you don’t want your burnout break to result in zero leads and zero clients.
It only takes one action to go from solopreneur life to CEO status!
